Acquisition Continues SupplyOne’s Growth in South Central Marketplace


Devon, Pennsylvania –September 4, 2013–SupplyOne, Inc., a Devon, Pennsylvania based consolidator of specialty packaging manufacturers, packaging equipment and supply distributors, announced today it has acquired Budget Box & Bag. Budget Box & Bag is a distributor of corrugated boxes and packaging supplies with locations in Oklahoma City and Norman, Oklahoma. They will operate as part of SupplyOne’s South Central operations based in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Dallas.

Founded in 1986 by Otis Schmidt and Randall Warren, Budget Box & Bag sells corrugated boxes, packaging and shipping related materials through two sales channels: wholesale and retail. Over the past 27 years, the company has established an excellent reputation with its customers offering personal service and quality packaging products in the Oklahoma City and Norman market areas.
